Marissa Ellis

Marissa Ellis volunteered at a Tampa Bay radio station and produced with an internationally syndicated radio program, the GodSquad, located in Orlando, FL. She completed a production internship with the Home Shopping Network in St. Petersburg, FL.

Ellis also assisted in production for the EFP Spectrum: “Nature’s Classroom: Two in Touch with Nature” and Advanced Production and Direction’s Talk of the Town entitled “The Gardisil Debate.” The debate covered the points of view of several people in the Tampa Bay Area and how they felt about the Gardisil Vaccine. Special guests included Dr. Drew Pinsky and State Representative Ed Holman. Viewpoints that were discussed included when, how, and if patients should receive the injection.

Ellis’ future goals are to work for a news station or a lifestyle television network and eventually produce her own shows. She loves creating television in any capacity, whether it means running the audio board, building graphics, logging tape, editing, writing, or anything. Television is her passion.
